Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your account in the game “Globeloria” and the data linked to it.

In the app

Open the game and tap the gear — Settings.
At the bottom, tap Delete account and data.
Confirm the deletion.

This works both for guests and after signing in with Google. You are signed out on all devices at once, and the account itself is erased after 30 days.

If you change your mind, just sign in again the same way before that time is up: the deletion is cancelled and your globes and achievements stay as they were. A guest account cannot be brought back: after a deletion request the app starts with a new guest.

If you no longer have the app

Write to absolutelylumen.dev@gmail.com from the address you used to sign in with Google, with the subject “Account deletion”. We will delete the account within 30 days and let you know. If you only played as a guest and removed the app, we cannot find your record: the guest identifier was kept only on your device.

What is deleted after 30 days

sign-in identifiers — guest and Google;
name, e-mail address and profile picture;
all sessions on all devices;
achievements.

What is kept

Anonymised records of played rounds and globe movements remain for statistics. Nothing in them points to you. Irreversible fingerprints of the sign-in and device identifiers also remain, only so that the welcome globes are not given again. After 30 days unused globes are lost and the account can no longer be restored.
